Cayla Coleman, MSW, LSW
(She/Her)
Accepting new clients ages 12+
Hi, I'm Cayla! I hold both my Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Indiana State University, and I’m passionate about working with people from all walks of life. I enjoy helping individuals, groups, and couples navigate their unique challenges and reach their fullest potential.
My areas of focus include working with those struggling with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, setting healthy boundaries, and supporting those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help my clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe in creating a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family, friends, and my dog. I also enjoy cooking and watching my favorite comfort movies. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to becoming your best and truest self!
