Hey there! I’m Krystal, and I’m so excited to be a part of your mental health journey. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychological Science (2013) and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2015) from Ball State University, and have been working in the mental health field since 2015, so I’m well-equipped to tackle a wide range of issues with you.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I’ve seen it all— individuals, groups, and families navigating everything from eating disorders and body image to relationships, trauma, anxiety and depression. I use a mix-and-match approach to therapy, drawing from different evidence-based practices to find what works best for you. My mission is to create a relaxed, supportive space where you can feel at ease and inspired to make positive changes in your life.
When I’m not in therapist mode, you’ll find me enjoying life with my family, friends, and my beloved dog. I’m a big fan of music (especially going to concerts), animals, gardening and all things Disney. Whether it’s jamming out to a great song, cuddling with my dog, playing in the dirt, or soaking in some Disney magic, I believe in making the most out of every moment without taking life too seriously.
Looking forward to meeting you and exploring how we can work together!
