Insurance and Fees
We are pleased to announce that we are in network with most major commercial insurance plans as well as traditional Indiana Medicaid. We will continue to strive to accept as many insurance plans as possible and will be sure to update the website as we become in network with more plans.
If you do not have insurance or do not wish to use insurance, please see our self-pay fee schedule below.

Notice: We will work to participate in as many insurance plans as possible and bill insurance on a regular basis. However, each client is responsible for the cost of services if insurance does not cover it. Some services such as psychological testing and couples or family therapy may not be covered by insurance as medically necessary. Payment, including copay and co-insurance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards including HSA and FSA. No Shows and cancellations with fewer than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of $125.
No Surprise Billing and Good Faith Estimates
